Our site statics software is a powerful tool for helping you find
out where your visitors are coming from to better help you market
your site.
How
long after I sign up will I be able to upload my web pages?
You will be able to upload your pages
as soon as you receive your welcome letter. You will receive your
username and password as well as your URL so you can start uploading
right away.
Are
there any special tools required to use your service?
If you are viewing this web page then
you have all the tools you need to get you started. A computer -
internet connection - web browser
Do
you place advertisements on my page?
Absolutely not. We will not place
any pop ads, banners, etc. on your web site.
What
platform do your servers run on?
We run in a UNIX like environment
called Linux with Apache web server software.
Do
you offer dial-up internet access?
No. We currently do not offer internet
access. We are a full service web hosting and domain registration
company.
Do
you offer telnet access?
We offer Secure Socket Layer (SSH)
which provides the same functionality as telnet but in a more secure
environment.
Is
it difficult to upgrade my hosting plan?
It is quite easy to upgrade your hosting
plan by contacting any of our service reps. Billing/ Technical Support/
Customer Service reps will all be able to help you upgrade your
account.
Do
you offer any database solutions?
We offer mySQL which can be easily
set-up and managed using the mySQL administration tools located
in your site control panel.
Can
I access my site without the www.?
Yes. You will be able to access your
site with or without the www.
Do
you support PHP and perl scripts?
Yes our servers do support PHP and
perl scripts to help you make your site more dynamic.
Will
I have my own cgi-bin or will I use a shared bin?
Each of our accounts have their own
cgi-bin for keeping your scripts organized and personalized.
Will
I have access to Microsoft FrontPage extensions?
Yes. We support all versions of Microsoft
97, 98, 2000, XP.
